How it Works
Placing Your Custom Order
Place your order at least 2 weeks before you need your cookies (your pick-up/delivery/event date).
Orders placed less than 2 weeks from your requested pick-up/delivery/event date are subject to a Rush Fee of at least 10% of the order total. I cannot accept orders less than 5 days from pick-up/delivery/event date.
Changes to Your Custom Order
Once your order is placed and accepted, you have 5 days from your pick-up/delivery date to request any changes. After that all ideas, designs, flavor selections and colors are final and cannot be changed.
Securing Your Custom Order
To secure your order and pick up/delivery date, payment of your invoice is due when received. A refund request must be made via email within 24 hours of payment. A refund cannot be issued after that time.
