How it Works
Placing Your Custom Order
Place your order at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your event date.
Orders placed less than **14 days** before your event date are subject to a **rush fee** of 10% of your order total. This fee ensures priority scheduling and the ability to accommodate your order on short notice. Availability is not guaranteed, so please inquire as soon as possible!
Changes to Your Custom Order
Once your order is placed and accepted, you have 10 days from your event date to request any changes. After that, all ideas, designs, flavor selections and colors are final and cannot be changed.
Securing Your Custom Order
To secure your order, payment of your invoice, in total, is due when received. A refund request must be made via email within 24 hours of payment. A refund cannot be issued after that time.
Custom cookie pricing starts at $55.00 per dozen. Minimum order 2 dozen cookies.

Custom Cupcake pricing starts at $50.00 per dozen. Minimum order 1 dozen cupcakes.
